What is the "Snowfly"?

The Snowfly is an original trout fly created by Jack Gartside. It attracts fish that have become unresponsive to the traditional flies used to entice them in the lakes and streams of Wyoming. Like the Snowfly, we motivate employees when conventional programs have failed to inspire them.

About Us

Staff & Board Profiles

After years of researching human behavior and employee motivation, Dr. Brooks Mitchell founded Snowfly in 1999, understanding that organizations should capitalize on the direct link that exists between behavior modification and immediate, relevant rewards. Based in the small college town of Laramie, Wyoming, Snowfly practices what it preaches: employees are every company’s most valuable resource and work should be fun.

Our staff is solely comprised of smart, motivated, forward-thinking individuals who love what they do. And what we love to do is help our clients achieve their goals. While we are an energetic, fun-loving and responsive group, we are also an extremely knowledgeable one, especially on what it takes to actively engage and motivate a workforce.

The research on positive random reinforcement is quite extensive and impressive, but the response from our clients is even more so. Year after year, administrators attribute their success to Snowfly. In fact, we continually gain new customers, who have heard, often by word-of-mouth, about Snowfly’s innovative, all-inclusive incentive program that reaps substantial rewards for organizations, while increasing employee morale.
